There are so many winter traditions, finding that perfect poinsettia, eating that juicy orange or picking out the perfect tree. Before those things were ready to go home with you, they relied on healthy soil to grow. We invite middle school classrooms to join us as we visit farms from across the county and learn about the role fertilizer plays in some of your seasonal favorites.
