Tracy Baxter is the Florida Representative for Nutrients for Life since July 2019. Tracy works with educators and students to promote holistic education on the importance of plant nutrients to feed the world. She believes it is of up most importance to educate the next generation with science literacy on plant nutrients. Her role involves developing and presenting professional development workshops, educating students, creating and maintaining teacher and industry relationships, as well as distributing Nutrient for Life resources.

Prior to her role at Nutrient for Life, Tracy worked as a middle and high school science teacher, she was a member of the Hardee County School Board and severed of the South West Water Management District. Tracy was raised on her family Citrus farm. She has been married to John Baxter for 31 years He is a division Manger for a Fertilizer and Agriculture Chemical company. She has a teaching degree from The University of South Florida and a Journalism and Communications degree from the University of Florida.

Being able to combine her education background and agriculture roots makes this the perfect job for Tracy.
